Barbara feels blessed to be a part of the dynamic world of real estate. Having spent many years moving with her family from coast to coast and within New York and Connecticut, she has a plethora of firsthand experience in buying, selling and investing. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), she also understands the emotional and physical challenges of upsizing, downsizing and making adjustments to age in place. For those wishing to purchase a new home, she provides a buyer profile and consultation to streamline her search and save her clients significant time and frustration. For sellers, Barbara conducts a comparative analysis of the residence, closely examining market data and local trends. She then prices the property strategically to attract as many potential buyers as possible. At the closing table, Barbara negotiates for the best terms and conditions.

She draws on her task performance and communication skills, honed by years in event coordination and project management, to help her customers achieve their real estate dreams. She has personally experienced both sides of the transaction, as a buyer and a seller, and has overseen the construction of her own home. Needless-to-say, Kate knows what it takes to be a steadfast teammate, navigator and resource you can count on for life. She currently lives in Bridgewater, Connecticut, with her husband, four children and two dogs. When not working, you can find her at a soccer or baseball field, school playground or the closest hockey rink.
